Reporting Bugs

Before sending bug report please do the following:

untar the latest tarball to new directory
run ./configure >configure.log 2>&1
run make forced-tests >make.log 2>&1

If you are reporting bug that does not expose itself during compilation and standard tests, please prepare the example with Makefile that allows to recreate the bug quickly. Please make it clear, what behaviour you observed and what behavious you were expecting.

Remember, the smaller and better-prepared your example is, the higher is the chance that somebody will have time and energy to look into it.

Please send your example (with Makefile) along with config.log, configure.log and make.log to the mailing list.
